Elite Cheer: This is our highest commitment program level, pushing athletes to be their absolute best in all aspects of cheer! Teams practice twice per week, two hours each day. These teams go to 8 competitions from December to May (3 of these competitions are out of state).


Prep Cheer: These teams are great for athletes who want to try cheer and still be pushed, but are not quite ready for the commitment of the Elite Teams. Teams practice once per week, one and a half hours each day. These teams go to 3 competitions from February to April - all local.



Rec Cheer: This is for athletes who want to give cheer a try, but don’t want to compete. Rec is offered in two separate sessions, one in Fall (August to November) and one in Winter (January to April). This team practices once per week, one hour each day. They will perform once at the end of their session.

Walkovers (Beginner) and Back Handsprings (Intermediate) - Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30pm

Back Handsprings 9 years and up- Tuesdays 8-9pm

Advanced (Tucks and more) - Mondays 8-9pm

Toddler Tumbling (Ages 3-6) -Tuesdays 3:45-4:30 pm
